    Arman worked for over 14 years in search and selection of senior executives for large Kazakhstani and international companies as a senior consultant for WE Partners, the Korn Ferry alliance, and Pedersen & Partners in Kazakhstan, and led the recruitment department at a large commercial bank - QAZKOM. Since 2017, he founded the On Point recruiting agency, which has become one of the leading providers of IT specialists in the Kazakhstan market.

    Since 2009, Arman has successfully closed 300+ senior and mid-level positions Kazakhstan, UK, Finland, Hungary, Ivory Coast (Africa), Georgia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Mongolia and Tajikistan. More than 30% of projects were closed by expatriate candidates from abroad (UK, Central Eastern Europe, Turkey, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, Ukraine and Caucasus).

    Arman received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Suleyman Demirel University, Kazakhstan.     Ardak joined On Point as a Partner in September 2022, prior to this appointment Ardak was a Partner in the Kazakhstani branch of an international executive search and Recruitment Company, an alliance partner with Korn Ferry.

    Ardak started her career in Executive Search industry in 2016 as a Consultant. In six years, she has completed more than 70 executive search projects, including working closely with consultants from Korn Ferry, the international leader in organizational consulting. Ardak's clients have included organizations in the fields of Logistics, Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Institutions and FMCG. In 2018, Ardak moved into a Senior Consultant role with expertise in Heavy Industry and became a Partner in July 2021.

    Prior to her consulting career, Ardak worked her way up from a Line Personnel Specialist to a Recruitment Manager for key positions in the Strategic HR Department at Kazakhmys and KazMinerals.

    Ardak graduated from the Suleiman Demirel University. In 2009, she received her Master’s degree from the University of Sterling in the UK with a major in Human Resources Management. In addition, Ardak is certified in executive coaching through the ICF-accredited coaching training program (ACSTH).
